Henry is a wonderful maintenance tech and helped out tremendously with repairs that I needed for the toilet, lights, and sink!

I have lived here for almost 2 years. This is the best apartment complex I lived in so far. The staff is amazing, everyone in the office especially LaKeta and Elijah are very nice and resourceful. Maintenance is on point also with Alan being so helpful and kind.

We live here for more than year and a half now without any issues. Quiet and clean complex. Maintenance guys, manager, her assistants, everyone has been very kind.

Been living here for three years and it's not often I need maintenance done but when I do Alan gets it's done quick and efficiently and the office staff are nothing short of amazing if I could I would live here forever

My boyfriend and I have been living here at Urbana on 12th about 3 years now and we love it here. The complex manger and staff are always helpful. Last night the breaker for our living room kept on going off, we made a maintenance request and today Alan our complex maintenance guy came and fix the problem. He’s always helpful and quick on fixing the issue.
