The ratings for the complex don't do it justice. LaKeta, Allen, Elijah, everyone here has worked extremely hard to make this place great. A complete 180 from how it was when i first moved in. Great place to live!

Lived here for 4 years and have 0 complaints. Love Laketa and Elijah in the office and Allen is the best maintenance man alive. My doggo loves them all too

I have lived in this complex for 5 years and the office staff and maintenance staff is always available,and very professional, I love living here and staff makes it very comfortable, and the property manager is very very nice

Urbana on 12th is a best place to live , the environment is peaceful, clean, friendly and safe . The office management is very welcoming and professional; from the application process to residency everything is perfectly fine ; especially the office manager Lakita and Elijah are very friendly and great people. Not forgetting the Maintenance Crew are very professional. A great place to live From the resident Mandela Kabungulu.

I've lived at the property for the last 5 years. It is a decent area, the staff is nice, and the community is generally well maintained. The team, especially LaKeta and Elijah, have always been friendly and responsive whenever Iâve had questions or needed assistance. I appreciate how approachable and helpful the staff are, and itâs clear they work hard to keep the community running smoothly!

Iâve been living here for three years now, and I absolutely love it. Both Elijah and LaKeta are incredibly helpful. I can ask either of them a question, and theyâll respond promptly! The maintenance men are also fantastic. Iâve had some issues, and theyâve always come by within the same day to assist me.

I recently toured Urbana on 12 Apartments and had a fantastic experience! LaKeta was absolutely amazing during the tour. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She did a great job explaining the amenities, floor plans, and community features, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. The property itself was clean, modern, and very well maintained. If youâre considering Urbana on 12, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with LaKeta.

Leasing at Urbana is the best decision I could made. Their staff is very responsive and very understanding when a rainy day happens. Every time I show up at the leasing office for assistance Elijah and Lakita are always available to assist. Not to mention, the lowest price in the area. The facility is quiet as good residents live there and canât complain about the apartment as all appliances are new! -Alex
