Been living here for three years and it's not often I need maintenance done but when I do Alan gets it's done quick and efficiently and the office staff are nothing short of amazing if I could I would live here forever

I lived at Urbana for about 2 years. Laketa was always amazing beyond helpful! Every concern she would make sure it was resolved in a promptly manner. Location wise it was perfect for us, it is gated. The only thing for me were a few maintenance request that communication wasn’t the best and they were waiting on parts for the washing machine and it took a week, but we were given keys to another unit so we could do laundry. Also there’s no assign parking which has its pros and cons, I did get hit/ scrapped the bumper of my car once overnight and the property is not responsible for damages. The property honestly was quiet for us no issues with other tenants everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Trash can wise there’s plenty just wished tenants would be more mindful and clean up after themselves. Maintenance was always cleaning up in the mornings. Overall for what we were getting it worked for us. Well maintained, management wise amazing!

My boyfriend and I have been living here at Urbana on 12th about 3 years now and we love it here. The complex manger and staff are always helpful. Last night the breaker for our living room kept on going off, we made a maintenance request and today Alan our complex maintenance guy came and fix the problem. He’s always helpful and quick on fixing the issue.

The ratings for the complex don't do it justice. LaKeta, Allen, Elijah, everyone here has worked extremely hard to make this place great. A complete 180 from how it was when i first moved in. Great place to live!

Good looking staff for both parties lol... Elijah was nice and knowledgeable Laketa helped me as well. Unfortunately the price point didn’t match what I was looking for.

LaKeta and Elijah are great to work with!! Always so respectful and sweet, they are always quick to help and fix issues that you may have. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I've had a good time while I've been here. The office people have been helpful every time I need it. The common areas are well maintained most of the time. Sometimes the area isn’t great but nothing to do with the apartment complex.

Lived here for 4 years and have 0 complaints. Love Laketa and Elijah in the office and Allen is the best maintenance man alive. My doggo loves them all too

I have lived in this complex for 5 years and the office staff and maintenance staff is always available,and very professional, I love living here and staff makes it very comfortable, and the property manager is very very nice
