Great place to live! The buildings and grounds are regularly kept up, so the place always looks welcoming. Very pet friendly and fun to watch the animals mingle ð.
Maintenance has been quick to fix anything that breaksâ¦for example my AC broke and management did everything they can to accommodate me and got the compressor replaced in less than two days! Thanks
Also the management staff Jessica and Stephanie are always available during business hours to help and answer any questions I have.
The only issue is parking. There seems to be plenty of parking but cars that are NOT electric vehicles or that do not have handicap designation park in marked parking spots. This is more of a resident/visitor issue.
If you donât drive a electric vehicleâ¦PLEASE donât park in parking space designated for EV carsâ¦.how would you feel if you needed to get to work and ALL gas stations are blocked and you canât get gas for work? Please be considerate. Alsoâ¦omg handicapped parking are for people who have a disability! Donât be a jerk and block people that need those accommodations!
