I came in to tour on Tuesday and Stephanie was so friendly and quick to answer all of my questions! I am moving from out of state to expand my business and it’s always a hard process not being able to do everything in person, but Stephanie assured me she’d make it an easy process and she definitely has so far. 10/10 recommend, they’ve treated me so great through this process and are always quick to get back to me! Also .. the pool is BEAUTIFUL! So excited!

I have lived here 3 years and it has been an absolute pleasure. I can be on highway heading southbound into downtown or east valley within 2-3 minutes from these apartments and its made all the sense in my professional life always on the go. I can be at the airport in 10 minutes from the moment i pull out of here. Leasing office professionals do their job well and are ontop of it all. Location and price are great great shoppin options nearby all you need is within 4 mile radius. I love the grass area right outside my door. If i could change anything would be cover parkin spaces be set to a unit. Sometimes i'd have to park on the other side of the complex from where my unit was. No biggy. Gym has all you need. Canal and running pad just off the property this place is great if you are an active and busy person.

I have lived here for about 9 months and love it! The management and maintenance are amazing and always friendly. Everyone is friendly and the place is always clean. No complaints and love the location too

I wrote a review a couple months ago and I just wanted to and to that. The parking is still an issue, probably even worse to the point where the only spot left when I get off of work at night is the parking spot closest to the main road in the leasing parking lot. Goes even further when my car was towed for parking in the only spot available that day, which was the Electric charging spot. I wasn’t given any warnings. It’s whatever, I chose to park there but it doesn’t seem like the best option to have a great relationship with your tenets. I was contacted by the regional manager over the issue and it was just “I’ll see what I can do” without any action or follow up on the issue. It’s nice apartments but a small area for the volume of people they have.

I took a tour with Stephanie and she was the most amazing staff they got she answered all my questions also gave me the most wonderful tour showed me a 1x1 and I loved it
