So apprently, the tents are now required to pay an additional $25 monthly for Valet Trash. A service that literally collects trash per unit which nobody asked for. They just imposed this service and additional cost without consulting the tenants. On top of that, there is another charge as part of your utilities for Trash. So you'll be paying more than $30 per month for literally TRASH. Their reason is because there are tenants that leaves trash outside their unit and over fill the dumpsters.
So instead of investigating who those people are, they decide to impose a charge to all of us, as if we're in a brotherhood where the mistake of one is a mistake of all.
We are now up for renewal and if we decide not to renew, we now only have less than 30days to vacate our unit since we literally only received our renewal notice last Tuesday Nov 11 2025 and said that if we're not renewing, we should move out Dec 1st 2025.
It was fun living here the first couple of years but now it seems like its getting worst.
Better think twice before moving here now.

2023 review
Been living here for almost a year now. So far so good. The place is well maintained. A gardener always comes every Monday to cut the grass and blow off dust.
Requesting a maintenance has always been easy and quick!
Kudos also to Stephanie who has mostly helped us a lot with moving in. Very accomodating and knowledgable of her job. Same with Sasha the manager.
The price of the rent is a bit pricey, but I'd say you'll really get what you paid for.
Only few nit pick cons is that the pool has no heater during winter time. And maybe soon they might think of adding CCTV around the area just so the tenant would feel more secure.
Aside from that, its really been a blast living here! I'd give this place a 9/10!
