The property manager is the worse, I been trying to resolve an issue with them for over a month and now is getting to the point they don’t respond to any of my emails or calls, very unprofessional, so if you thinking on moving in here DON’T DO IT!!!

We been living here for 3 months and we really like. The office people are very nice. They always keep the property clean. The apartment is spacious and i love the open space

I just moved in here and the leasing experience was very, very smooth and easy thanks to Desiree. She was kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and funny! The whole team went above and beyond to make it a good experience. They are also SUPER communicative and respond to emails very quickly. Maintenance was doing work nearby when I was moving in and they were also very friendly. The apartment itself is super cute and cozy and the appliances are very nice. Great vibes, nice neighbors, and great access to Phoenix and Scottsdale. Thank you Urbana on 12th team!!

Love Urbana. Management here is great! Fast to respond! I've been here less than a month, but so far I love it! Some reviews complain about parking but my experience so far is that it's not a problem! I return home at all times of the day, and there has always been parking. Sometimes at night you may not get a spot RIGHT next to your apartment but that's only a problem for the super lazy!

Updated Mar 2026. I moved in 2 and a half years ago and I have been extremely happy! The whole process of signing the lease to moving in has been great! When I was contacting the office before move-in, they ACTUALLY answer the phone unlike other complexes and when they said they would call back, they did! When I just dropped in for a tour on a Saturday, the woman working gladly helped. As for the apartment itself, no complaints so far. I have read some of the complaints and I can't verify or disprove them. One review talks about a roach problem. What I can say to this is that in my entire time here I have seen about 4 roaches total, and unfortunately that was last year. But even outside I haven't seen them. Usually when a place has a roach problem you will see smashed ones from people walking around the night before and I haven't seen them dead or alive. One major plus for me is that they keep the pool up and going! Its always clean AND open! I have been to so many places where the pool is closed for weeks during the summer!! So thank you for that Urbana! Knock on wood, I have no complaints after 2 and a half years! Update Mar 2026: just want to say thank you to Urbana! Thank you for making this a wonderful place for my family! We are extremely thankful to the team for all you do ❤️🙏❤️ The latest picture is my family witnessing the eclipse from our wonderful home here.

I have read some of the complaints and I can't verify or disprove them. One revoew talks about a roach problem. What I can say to this is that in my 2 years I have seen about 4 roaches total, and unfortunately that was this year. But even outside I haven't seen them. Everything was made so easy! As for the apartment itself, no complaints so far. My original post stated the pool was closed. Urbana had it open in less than a week! Also, there is tons of shade around the pool 🏝⛱️ More testament to why im sure I will enjoy living here. I will keep my review updated and I'll post pics along the way 😆
