I went to ask about the apartments at this property and this leasing lady by the name of Stephanie was there to give me all the info of the apartments and showed me different units and opened up my options in what floor plans i was looking into, To all the other clients that come in i recommend to go to Stephanie she was nothing but the kindest lady there.

When I first moved in, in 2022 this place was great. Everything worked people were nice. My A/c has broken 4 times since living here. I was given a portable A/C for almost up to two weeks which was illegal. My neighbor below me smokes so much it seeps into my closets and through my ventilation. I am not the only one. The front office says and I quote "There is nothing we can do." The staff has changed three times. The newest staff is okay not the best. The washer and dryer in the unit is nice. My stove oven has broke twice and two new ovens have been installed. Recently a burner just broke so I will be needing another one. This place is D average for me. I think they are proposing something nice and luxurious but it is not. And my neighbors have gotten more ghetto by the day. They leave their trash everywhere, there are bugs and I mean a lot of bugs in my apartment. I was told by the leasing manager that I was the only one with this problem but pest control said they are not allowed to give out information like that. So that will tell you how shady this place is. Certain neighbors are loud and obnoxious and walk around in their pajamas. Just not a classy vibe at all. So basically I have had a horrible time here. Good Luck on your decision.

The property manager is the worse, I been trying to resolve an issue with them for over a month and now is getting to the point they donât respond to any of my emails or calls, very unprofessional, so if you thinking on moving in here DONâT DO IT!!!

We been living here for 3 months and we really like. The office people are very nice. They always keep the property clean. The apartment is spacious and i love the open space
