My experience at Urbana has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the team has gone above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. When I first reached out for more information, Elijah was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful—he answered every question I had with patience and clarity. Throughout the application and move-in process, Laketa kept me informed every step of the way. Her communication was prompt and clear, making what can often be a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Moving in was seamless, and since then, the service has only continued to impress. The maintenance team takes pride in their work and consistently responds to requests within 48 hours, which is truly appreciated. There’s a real sense of community at Urbana. The amenities are well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. It genuinely feels like home here—and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move in.

Taking 3 months to fix a broken AC in the middle of Summer is unacceptable! Laketa refuses to work with the tenants to remedy the situation. This place has gone down hill

On April 25 my dishwasher stopped working and soon as I requested a work order Steven and Allen came and said they’ll order me a new one. Today they installed my new dishwasher and they only took a couple of minutes and they were done. Thank you again Steven and Allen!

I lived here from April 2022 - April 2024 and it was a pleasant experience! The unit itself was sparking and I did not run into any major problems. There was an issue with spiders living it up when I first got there and the gate being broken for a while. Maintenance was always on top of things when minor things popped up and communication between the office staff and myself worked very well. The amenities around the community were well kept and clean in the gym area, pool, and other outside areas. One down side is that there was a tendency for animal waste to be left, but management made sure to quickly communicate that. If you are looking for value, I would say that they are on the higher price side for apartments with similar amenities, location, and size, so keep that in mind!

Listen I love living here and I love all of the workers in the office. They are attentive very fast at responding if something is wrong in my apartment that needs to be fixed. They keep the apartment complex very clean and there is a security guard on duty so I feel safe and comfortable at all times.

I have been living here since March of 2024 and as of October 2024 and almost November 2024 I have had bug and roach infestation throughout my apartment and have not been allowed to leave. Unless you are wanting to get lawyers like myself, I would stay clear from this apartment complex. They tried to move my unit, but that would give me the same issue as the complex is a roast roach and bug infestation breeding ground. You pay above average rent for way below average living. Literally live anywhere else. I have many videos as well but it won’t let me upload them. The owner is not looking out for the well being of his residents!! Keep in mind!

I've lived here for 6 months and have had a lovely experience. The front office is so kind and helpful, even when we had a million questions for move in. The maintenance crew does an amazing job at keeping the grounds clean and our amenities pristine. They are also very prompt with requests, and always respond within the day. And a plus, the crew is very personable and never fail to share a hello in the mornings!
