This is from the experience of someone applying, not living here. I called in July 13th and had to call multiple times because it just went straight to voicemail. Impossible to actually get someone on the phone. When they did call back, it was hours later from an No CallerID number. When I spoke to the lady on the other end they had a rent special for $849. I asked if she can email me the application and she said she would send it in a few hours. I didnt receive it, so I tried calling back a few times later that night, no answer. The next morning I called a few times then left a VM. Someone called me back and then said they raised the rents to $914 today. I told her my situation and that I was waiting for the application yesterday but they were not accommodating.... They also said renting month to month is an extra $200 a month. Not happy with how this was handled. I ended up leasing with The Cabana on Washington instead. They actually answer the phone, are transparent and honest and fair with pricing.
