Theyâve changed the name (cabana on 12th to Urbana on 12th) and management company but itâs the same exact situation.
The walls have no insulation and neither do the windows. Any reviews saying otherwise are more than likely employees or affiliates of the company. You can hear the constant traffic, neighbors stomping and homeless people yelling throughout the night.
I have video of people using heroin right outside my window and in the parking lot. Ive had to chase a few off when coming home from work. The entry ways off the street have no key fob access and the gates have enough room to crawl under or stick your hand through to unlock the gate from the outside.
The office staff take quite a while to respond and the previous manager completely avoided my emails/calls.
Luckily I documented the incidents and I was able to end my lease early. Iâll be leaving after two months of living here and would not recommend this place to anyone. It looks good on paper (new build, decent price, great location) but once you live here itâs an entirely different story.
