I recently toured Urbana on 12 Apartments and had a fantastic experience! LaKeta was absolutely amazing during the tour. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She did a great job explaining the amenities, floor plans, and community features, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. The property itself was clean, modern, and very well maintained. If youâre considering Urbana on 12, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with LaKeta.

Overall, itâs been a positive experience living at this complex. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable, making it a nice place to come home to. Any interactions Iâve had have been pleasant, and when help is needed, things are handled efficiently. The environment feels welcoming, and Iâve enjoyed my time here so far aside from the rising fees

Leasing at Urbana is the best decision I could made. Their staff is very responsive and very understanding when a rainy day happens. Every time I show up at the leasing office for assistance Elijah and Lakita are always available to assist. Not to mention, the lowest price in the area. The facility is quiet as good residents live there and canât complain about the apartment as all appliances are new! -Alex

We have lived here for over two years and are happy to call this place home! The staff we have worked with--Lakita and Elijah--are top notch. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Alan has been great too and makes sure maintenance matters are promptly taken care of. All have been so friendly and make it easy to be here. I would say that this is a safe community with friendly tenants. Love living here!!

I've lived at Urbana on 12th for some time now and it's been my pleasure to do so. I've only had a few minor maintenance requests and they've all been addressed promptly and professionally. My washer recently broke down and had to be replaced. Staff kept me in the loop, so I wasn't left wondering. Alan and his maintenance staff were great as always! The entire Urbana staff are always pleasant to work with. I look forward to renewing my lease again when the time comes.

Place is great, What I expected. Nothing wrong. I have to have personal things mailed to me. Never arrived. Not on the place but the mail. But my mail constantly be stolen.

I have been here over two years and have always been greeted and always been helped by this man. He always has a smile on his face and he’s very responsive. This morning I was very upset because my AC was off overnight and it was the hottest day of the year and he reassured me that it will get taken care of and he immediately came to my apartment and solved the issue. He dealt with my frustration and made me feel listened to and valued as a tenant. That’s the reason why I’ll probably stay here another few more years great staff, and they need to be rewarded.
